I would fully recommend them.Beware, some other rental companies in Heraklion are scams, propose low prices and end up charging you huge amounts for damages to the car you didn’t do ! Super easy going guys seated only few hundred meters away from the airport exit. Pickup and drop off in few minutes, car was in good shape and exactly the type and model I booked. Next time on Crete definitely again with Motor Plan 😎

We hired a convertible mini for our week in Crete and it made the trip so much more enjoyable. My partner is a bit of an explorer but I am a sun worshiper! Being able to drive around this beautiful island with the roof down meant we were both happy! The service from the guys at Heraklion airport at pick up and drop off was superb. So easy and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Motorplan again this year from Heraklion in Crete. Excellent price, and a great car, which was clean inside and out and supplied with a full tank of diesel. The free bottles of water and juice for the kids was very welcome and much needed after a long day travelling, a great customer service touch. The zero excess/ liability included as standard means you can get on with your holiday with no concerns or worries checking the car over or about damage being ‘found’ when you return the car on the last day, it’s nice to know if anything did happen to the car then you’re not going to face and argument and potential bill at the airport

I rented a Toyota Aygo in June. The whole process was very simple, I made a reservation and paid online in advance. No extra taxes, insurance already covered, scratches and theft included. When I arrived, it took 5 minutes to sign the contract and get the car, they also gave me a map to the island and a bottle of fresh water. Staff very was very friendly. Return was even quicker, basically just left the car. The car was in good state and clean. Of course it is not a luxurious car(and I new that when making the reservation), and since there was a heat wave that week, having the AC working against a 43°C temperature made the car lose engine power(not great to begin with).It's also a small car if you travel with several people, so bear that in mind when choosing a category. Since I was alone, it fit perfectly and I think overall the company has good prices comparing with others, for the same car category.Would definitely recommend.

This was the best service I have experienced by a car rental company. The all-inclusive insurance arrangements reassured me that there would be no hidden extras. Both pick-up and drop-off were very smooth and all on time. I had arranged to replace fuel used but that wasn't possible as we were delayed. I offered to pay for the fuel used and Motor Plan, declined as they fully understood our difficulties. A full satisfied customer who will not hesitate to use Motor Plan in the future and to recommend them to others.

The best car rental on the whole island! No hidden fees, hidden costs, or anything that unnecessarily makes the price more expensive! The car you book is the car you get.No giant desposit fees either, just a matter of returning the car as stated in the contract.We originally had our car booked for 3 days, but with a change of plans, we asked for an extension to which they were more than accommodating and offered a great value price for this as well.Water is given on arrival along with a handy map to enjoy the island to its fullest.If I could give 6 stars, I would.If you need a car during your stay in Crete, this is the absolute must go place for it! 12/10 recommend.
