Our Insurance Policy

• Full Insurance against All Risks 100% (CDW).

  Full Insurance 100 %. No Self Risk.

  For negligent or drunk driving, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized roads, driving to prohibited areas/countries, obvious acts of disregards to the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of charges.

• Personal Accident Insurance (PI)

  P.A.I. insurance is covering the passengers in the hire car and the driver.

• Special Full Insurance (FDW) & (WUG-A)

  Which covers damages caused to the underside of the cars, glass-windscreens, tires -wheels, Airbags and engine damages Insurance.

• Theft insurance (TP)

  The cars are always insured against thieves 100%, Your personal belongings are not covered by the Theft Insurance.

• Public Liability Insurance (PL)

  Up to 750.000 euro for persons and up to 750.000 euro for damaged properties.

• Loss of car keys)

  The customer is not covered in case of loss or stolen car keys, the cost of car keys is covered from the customer.

• Glass insurance

  The customer is 100% covered for damages caused on Glass parts of the car.

Terms and Conditions

• Driver's Age

  Minimum driver age is 23 years for car group A and B, 29 years for group G, F, K and H All other car groups require a minimum age of 25 years.

• Driver’s License

  All drivers must have a valid Driving License for at least 2 years. Driving Licenses issued in EU, US, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Israel, Russia and Ukraine are accepted. An International Driving License is required in all other cases.

• Rental Length

  All drivers must have a valid Driving License for at least 2 years. Driving Licenses issued in EU, US, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Israel, Russia and Ukraine are accepted. An International Driving License is required in all other cases.

• Full payment is required on delivery

  Please note that all local payments will be made in Euro. The following credit cards are accepted: Debit card, Master card / Eurocard, VISA, Diners card. The card must be a valid card in the name of the main driver.

• Delivery and Collection of the vehicle

  We can deliver and collect vehicles to any place in Crete Island, including Airports, Ports and Hotels. Some places have an additional cost. Please contact us for further information. In Heraklion Airport you have to come to our spot which is located just 50m away from the airport. Check the video below to help you find us.

• No additional charges on flight delays

  All our employees are informed all the time about the arrival as well as their changes that might occur. Our employees will wait for your arrival flight to deliver you the car, even if there is a delay.

• Baby seat-Booster seats

  Baby seat-Booster seats are provided to all customers. Please notify us of child/baby age and weight in order for the correct seat to be placed in the vehicle.

• Traffic Fines

  Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the customer's responsibility and paid by the customer. If any such administrative sanction is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the customer.

• Availability

  Car models will be provided according to the original agreement. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

• Free Kilometers

  No extra charge for kilometers driven.

• Taxes

  Including VAT 24% Taxes to all our prices and offers.

• Fuel

  Fuel is always paid by the customer. The customer is obliged to return the car with the same level of fuel that was in the fuel tank when they rented the car.

• 24 hours Road Service all over Crete

  Interamerican international Road Assistance provides 24/7 roadside help all over the island.

• Ferrying the car & Across the border rentals

  The advance written authorization of our company is required by any customer wishing to ferry the car to and from an island.

• Road Map of Crete / GPS Sat Nav

  We provide a fully detailed Road Map of Crete without any extra charge. A GPS Sat Nav is available upo request with a cost of 3 € per day, payable upon arrival.
