General Terms of use & Condition

We can deliver and collect vehicles to any place in Crete Island, including Airports, Ports, and Hotels.

Some places have an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.

Important: In Heraklion Airport you have to come to our spot, which is located just 50m away from the airport. Check this video on YouTube to help you find us. The description allows you to download the video on your phone or tablet. If you have trouble finding us, just call ✆ Mob: +30 6944 887485.

The operating hours are 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

For service outside the operating hours (between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m.), an extra 20 euros per rental will apply.

No, you cannot, as it is prohibited by the Greek traffic law to drive without a driver’s license.

However, if there is a second driver in your group who has a valid driver’s license, you can still proceed with the rental.

Each rental has unlimited mileage in Crete.

This could be arranged with our office and implies special charge rates according to the location where you shall leave the car.

You cannot leave the car anywhere else than where you indicated in the rental without prior contact with the rental office.

If your hotel is located in one of the areas we offer services, we will deliver the car to your hotel and you can return it there as well, by simply giving the keys to the reception.

Depending on the length of the rental period and/or the distance of the hotel from our stations, extra fees might apply.

All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at pick-up.

In case the renter returns the car with more fuel, the price of the excess fuel will not be refunded.

Transporting and driving the car outside the main island of Crete is not allowed.

In case of rental extension, you must notify the local station where you rented the car.

All contact information will be provided on the day of car pick-up by our agents. A minimum 24-hour notice prior to the return date is required.

Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick-up time.

Partial days will be counted as full days.

You are allowed to return the car up to 2 hours later than the pick-up time without being charged an extra day.

In case of a breakdown or an accident, you should contact the station where you picked up the car (all contact information will be provided the first day of the rental).

Explain the problem to our representative as clearly as possible. Help will be sent to your location as soon as possible.

You should remain close to your vehicle until assistance arrives. If the problem cannot be fixed on the spot, a replacement vehicle will be provided.

In case of key loss, you should contact the local station where you picked up the car.

Our agents will bring you a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by insurance, so extra charges will apply.

On the day of car pick-up, our agents will give you clear directions as to the type of fuel for your car.

In case there is a mistake, please contact the local station where you picked up the car for further directions.
